Returns are not accepted once the order has been shipped out.  
Order cancelations/refunds are only possible if the item has not been shipped out.

Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be prepared. I value every order. Therefore, each order is carefully prepared and packaged just for you. 
Please allow approx. 3-7 business days for your order to arrive. 
LOCAL customers have the option to pick-up if desired. Check the customer pickup box at checkout.
